The Fornaro Ceramic Workshop organizes, at its exhibition space in Via Crispi 43, demonstrations of the stages of ceramic processing (modeling, glazing, decoration, etc.) for groups of tourists and school classes.

The demonstration lasts about 40 minutes, during which the different stages of processing are illustrated, from clay to the finished ceramic artifact, with references also to the history of the city of Grottaglie and the development of the local ceramic tradition.

It is also possible to see, inside the exhibition space, the 18th-century oil mill and the permanent exhibition of international artists.
